Final year exams mandatory, states can ask UGC for extension: Supreme Court

The court has ruled that the students cannot be promoted without final year exams. However, the deadlines can be altered and states can approach UGC to postpone examinations.

Private drone makes hole in Canadian Super Scooper plane fighting LA fires: 'What a jacka**'
