Special lecture on constitution as an institution and agenda for law reform

The Central Law college in Salem has organised one day special lecture on the topic 'constitution as an institution and agenda for law reform' at their college on Thursday. College chairman and co-chairman of the Tamil Nadu and Puducherry bar council D Saravanan headed the event. In his address, Viswanathan expressed his opinion on the efficiency of the Indian Constitution and he stated that any law be it the Constitution has to be in consonance with regard to the pulse of the contemporary era which is fast changing and evolving nowadays.
