Suni said if they do not work out every day, they will lose bone density. Sunita Williams wakes up at 6.30 am while Butch is an early-riser and wakes up at 4.30am. Their exercise regime includes cardio vascular, running on the treadmill, using a machine to perform deadlifts and squats etc.
