Despite loo breaks & fatigue, boy with bowel disease clears ICSE

Kushagra Chavan, a 15-year-old boy, has been struggling with ulcerative colitis, an autoimmune disorder that causes inflammation and ulceration in the lining of the colon and rectum. He experiences a range of symptoms, including fatigue and weakness after sitting upright for just 15-20 minutes, frequent bowel movements exceeding 20 times a day, passing blood in his stools, and painful cramps. Kushagra has been in and out of hospitals for the past six years since the diagnosis. It is important for him to receive appropriate medical care to manage his symptoms and improve his quality of life.
