Ordnance Factory Day 2023: History, Importance and Significance

Ordnance Factory Day is celebrated on March 18 in India annually to commemorate the foundation of the first Ordnance Factory in India at Cossipore near Kolkata in the year 1801. This day is celebrated to honour the contribution of the Indian Ordnance Factories (IOFs) in making the India's defence capabilities even more stronger.

Common University Entrance Test-Postgraduate results announced

The results of Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission to postgraduate programmes in more than 190 universities were announced on Thursday, according to the National Testing Agency (NTA).
