Russia to resume offensive in east Ukraine after regrouping, Kyiv says

Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi, commander of the Ukrainian military's ground forces, has stated that Russia is regrouping in the eastern part of Ukraine under Moscow's control in order to launch a new offensive. The enemy is reportedly bringing in new brigades and divisions from Russian territory to increase their combat potential. The Russian forces are said to be continuing heavy artillery and mortar shelling as well as air assaults.
